Bringing more Compassion into our Complex World With Sara Schairer
In this episode of Nine to Thrive, I talk with compassion expert Sara Shairer, Founder of Compassion It, to explore the significance that compassion can have in our lives, especially in today's divisive world. We discuss Sara's personal journey to understanding compassion, the importance of self-compassion, and practical ways to cultivate compassion through mindfulness and daily practices. Compassion is a practice. The more we work that “muscle”, the stronger it gets and the more transformative it is. Compassion is not just a feeling but an action that can transform our relationships, our communities, our workplaces and our world.
