Mental Health Awareness Month: Essentials for Well-Being with Carolyn Collins, LCPC

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and mental health is a top priority at Nine to Thrive: The Well-Being Podcast.This week, Carolyn Collins, LCPC and I talk about the impact of disconnection, distrust and dysregulation on mental health. We explore the causes of disconnection and distrust and the importance of self-regulation, co-regulation and self-soothing in times of stress.
