Creating the Summer You Want With Intention
I don’t know about you, but every year when June hits, I hear Alice Cooper’s “School's out for Summer” in my head. Leaving homework and structure behind, the beginning of June still feels like an exhale, even though I haven’t been in school for years. It also reminds me that summer is a slightly slower season, filled with more space and time for the things that bring us joy.
In this episode, I share some of the questions I am asking myself in order to create the Summer that I want. For me it’s more fun and adventure, more connection and exploration, all while feeling a sense of ease.
How about you? What do you want your summer to look like? Feel like? Check out this short episode to begin the exploration and cultivation of the summer that you most want to create!
Key Takeaways:
- Creating a fulfilling summer requires intention and planning.
- Consider how you want to feel, what activities you want to do, who you want to spend time with, and what you want to learn.
- Self-care and connection are essential components of a well-curated summer.
- Planning and taking action are crucial for turning summer desires into reality.
