We are wired for connection. We are meant to be in relationship and communion with other people. Since the beginning of time, we have needed a community to survive. And yet, that doesn’t mean that we have been given the playbook for co-creating relationships that thrive and flourish. In this episode with the brilliant and talented Dawn Kutza, PhD and author of "Creating Authentic Relationships: A Love Playbook for the Next Generation", we explore what it means to come into a relationship “healthy” and what kind of personal growth work we do as individuals and as couples to get comfortable with vulnerability, build self-awareness, increase trust, cheer each other on and encourage one another to grow as individuals and as partners.
Enjoy!
Thank you for listening.

We kick off Nine to Thrive: The Well-Being Podcast this week with one of the simplest pathways to happiness, presence, longevity and overall well-being…gratitude. It is a lens that changes everything, especially in our most challenging seasons. My first guest, Sally Wolf, is an inspiring speaker, well-being advocate, Stage IV cancer “thriver” and all around remarkable human being. Sally and I dive into tools and strategies that help us move from asking “Why is this happening to me?” to “How can this be for me?” and how we reframe every story, and every situation in our lives through a lens of gratitude.

Listen to this week’s episode for some simple shifts that can change everything.
